Our view

Energy made progress possible. Now progress demands transforming energy.

Power plants, grids and industrial systems sustain cities, industries and economies. The next chapter asks them to keep doing so while improving their relationship with the environment.

That transformation has to reconcile four demands at once. Our work is turning that tension into viable decisions.

01 · Continuity of supply

02 · Technical complexity

03 · Investment

04 · Environmental performance

We believe human progress and planetary health can advance together.

Capabilities

One integrator from structuring to operation.

We connect capital, engineering, regulation and operations so that complex energy projects become working infrastructure.

  1. 01 ——

    Development & financial structuring

Origination, permitting and regulatory path, capital structure and partner alignment.

  2. 02 ——

    Engineering & integration

Technology selection and integration of generation, fuel and transmission systems with OEM partners.

  3. 03 ——

    Construction & commissioning

EPC management, construction direction, start-up and commissioning.

  4. 04 ——

    Operation

Operation and maintenance strategy focused on reliability and long-term asset value.

A pragmatic, measurable transition

We distinguish transition technologies from renewables. Where gas-to-power replaces higher-emission fuels, we report the reduction against that baseline — and only once it is measured.

Flagship project · 25° 03' N, 77° 21' W

Reliable power for New Providence and its cruise port.

At Arawak Cay, Nassau, Viriditas is developing an integrated energy facility: centralized power generation, LNG storage and regasification, natural-gas and diesel pipelines, and shore power for the cruise port — with independent power producer Island Power and technology partner Siemens Energy.

Our name

Viriditas

Latin · “greenness”, vital force

We took our name from an idea associated with Hildegard von Bingen, the twelfth-century abbess and polymath: a living force that allows something new to grow even in the hardest conditions.

It guides how we look at energy infrastructure — recognize what exists, understand its possibilities, and work on its transformation.
